  • Při objednávce jsem přehlídl společné sprchy a záchody,moje chyba. Snídaně od 8:30 Jedno světlo na pokoji není ani lampička u postele Není denní úklid(vynešení odpadu)

  • pokoj - pěkný čistý s televizí

  • Pokoj se neuklízel během pobytu. Pro děti žádné vybavení ani dětské hřiště. WIFI připojení po 20minutách spadlo a vyžadovalo znovu připojení, signál jen na chodbě a v restauraci. Na jídelníčku po celou dobu pět samých jídel nevhodných pro děti snad jen na smažák.

  • Hotel leží uprostřed přírody v chatové osadě.

  • Po příjezdu do penzionu nám personál sdělil, že máme podkrovní pokoj se společným sociálním zařízením a koupelnou s ostatními obyvateli penzionu, což se nám při objednávce neobjevilo. Chtěli jsme pokoj i se sociálním zařízením a koupelnou.

  • Ne moc dobrá kuchyně. Není možnost si zakoupit např. šampon na vlasy, mýdlo ap. Tenké stěny mezi pokoji.
